I've been dreaming of a vinyl player for years. Being an engineer this means a lot of time and energy has been invested in research and it seems I'm finally getting to a conclusion.
I would love to have a Linn LP12, it's the shit, the reference player, but I can't quite justify investing 30.000 SEK (for the very cheapest version) in a vinyl player when the rest of my system isn't worth that, all combined, so I think I have to go for a more earth-bound level. :(
That leaves me in the 10.000 SEK range, where we can find eg the Rega P3 and Simply Black Magic.
It looks like I'll go for a Rega P3-24 Colours. But I've changed my mind before...
